For current case status, use the official eCourts service rather than relying on an unofficial summary. Depending on the court and service, you may use information such as a CNR, case number, party details or other available search fields.
Basic steps
- Open the official eCourts service.
- Select the relevant court/service and enter the available case identifier or search information.
- Review the returned case status, dates and orders shown by the official service.
- For a legal interpretation of an order or procedural position, verify the actual order/judgment and applicable law.
